Starting the Asha Training




The first few weeks of Asha training was great. Got to know about the program, meet the people who will mentor us and a bunch of people who ran last year.

We met in the Shoreline park and did stretching exercises and ran around a mile. I think the major purpose here was to get to know other people and get familiar with running.
