Wow! Can’t believe I am already on the 7th of training.

Today’s run was again 4 miles which I took 40:50 to complete (~ 10:12 min/mile) . Overall was able to run at a constant pace without feeling overly exerted – the training, stretching and weekday runs are helping.

My goal is to finish a marathon injury free so I am happy that my knee is still feeling good.
