So now I am on Week 7th of training.

Again today’s run was again 4 miles which I took 45:10 to complete (~ 11:17 min/mile) ran a little slower than the last run in Campbell . Overall was able to run at a constant pace without feeling overly exerted – the training, stretching and weekday runs are helping.

Here you can see me going towards the 2 mile mark.
