This has been an amazing week for me. Now I am surviving in the tracks – finishing last in group 1 (fastest group) but still am in group 1. Need to work on my speed.
Ran 10 miles in the Alameda Creek Trail and for the first time felt a runners high. Tried to dunk down some goo ~8miles (sugar + artificial flavors) but it tasted horrible. But later I felt really good, seemed that I would be able to run forever – I can keep on running. I am beginning to like this high.
