This has been a fun week.
For the long run I ran 12miles long run in the shoreline park. This is just 1.1 miles less than the half marathon. Now I feel that half marathon is within reach. I tried to pace myself this time. Ran 12 miles in 2:04:20 (pace 10:22 / mile)

Tracks were great this time – we ran 200m *16 with around a minute of break. This was the first time that I was not the last ;-). Wow! I have survived so far – thanks tony

Hill workouts was great. It felt awesome running on top of the coyote hills in cupertino. Its a great feeling
