As the 2nd Half::The San Francisco Marathon™ (29th July) draws closer I reflect back to the training and support provided by asha. Next week I’l be running the first race ever. Running 13.1 miles is crazy but then it seems less crazy than people who are running 100’s of miles in ultra marathon. This week we ran only 6 miles (1hour 40 seconds) so that we are rested enough to run full marathon.
Will be taking it slow for the whole week and will be waiting for the marathon 😉
